Uruhimbi: Rwanda's gastronomy and culinary arts – A taste of its unique cuisine and culture
This cookbook unveils the rich culinary heritage of Rwanda and the hidden potential of local but often underutilized ingredients. Traditional dishes meet culinary techniques through the recipes and stories from four Rwandan chefs and their use of ingredients such as sorghum, taro, cowpea, nightshade, spider plant, impombo (finger roots) and purple yam.

Millets recipe book – International Year of Millets 2023
This collection of recipes aims to raise awareness of the diversity of millets and to promote their consumption by sharing enticing recipes embracing different regions, tastes, and cuisines. The recipes were collected through the Global Chefs’ Challenge, which called on chefs and hobby cooks to explore cooking with millets and share photos and videos of their favourite millets-based dish.

Farmed aquatic food for all tastes – The journey of twelve Mediterranean and Black Sea species from farms to your plates
Aquatic foods provide livelihoods for hundreds of thousands of people and offer a healthy source of protein. A large portion of them originate from aquaculture farms. This publication tells the story of twelve farmed species known for their importance or potential in the Mediterranean and Black Sea region, highlighting their history, best farming practices, nutrition and culinary applications along the way.

Pulses: Nutritious seeds for a sustainable future
Part guide, part cookbook, and peppered with informative visuals, this beautifully illustrated book provides an overview of pulses and a step-by-step guide on how to cook them. It presents the impact of pulses on nutrition, health, climate change, biodiversity and food security, and shows how pulses can be grown in garden patches.
